Do you have any catalogues that show your complete product line?
No. We represent over 20 manufacturers/distributors in U.S. and Canada. Print catalogs are costly. When any changes are made to the various products, the catalog becomes obsolete. The expense would have to be passed on to our customers. One way we try to keep our customers prices down is by eliminating the catalog. Shipping Policy:
- We make every attempt to process your order within 2 - 5 business days (do not count weekends), orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Products are shipped directly from various manufacturers/distributors located throughout U.S. and Canada, therefore, items you order may ship from different suppliers and times may vary.
- We ship standard delivery via UPS or Fedex on most items. Unless stated on the product page, please allow 7 - 10 business days for shipping time (weekends excluded) .
NOTE:
- Some items are special order or custom made and may take between 2 - 6 weeks for delivery (stated on the product page).
- These items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or Common Carrier.
- For items that are too heavy or too bulky to send any other way we ship via common carrier. Common carrier deliveries are performed by one of our many trucking companies, Monday - Friday. The service includes a courtesy call prior to delivery to schedule an appointment delivery window. The service is dockside or sidewalk delivery. The trucking company will unload the merchandise but will not bring the product inside the home or business. (Some of our office furniture products do provide "strip & set" service-see details on individual product). For delivery times or further information please call for details.
Shipping is included in our price on any order placed within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (with the exception of custom made items-noted on the product page).
Please note some of our manufacturers/distributors will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and overseas (additional shipping charges may apply). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO. A street address is required for delivery.
To expedite your order (Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 day select) there is an additional charge. Some manufacturers/distributors do not ship expedited delivery. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. If you have already placed your order and requested an expedited service we will contact you with the additional freight charge for your approval, prior to processing the order.

Order Tracking:
Once our manufacturer/distributor ships the product they will email us your tracking number. We will make every effort to send your tracking number to you as soon as possible. If you have difficulties tracking your order, or have questions relating to your order, please contact us for further assistance.
Order Cancellation:
- Should you wish to cancel your order we will make every attempt to do so.
- However, once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charge, return shipping fee or any re-stocking fee (if applicable) from applying to any refund allowed.

Return Policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it at your expense within 30 days of receipt.
- Our products are shipped from our manufacturers/distributors warehouses across the U.S. and Canada and therefore returns are handled differently by all suppliers. Some manufacturers/distributors charge restocking fees and many require RMA#'s (Return Merchandise Authorization numbers) prior to authorizing a return.
- Unless the product is damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the original shipping fee, plus the restocking fee (if applicable) which will not be refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a credit will be issued within 30 days.
- The item returned must be in the original packaging (with any supplied manuals) and in new unused condition.
- Products that require assembly and have been partially or completely assembled, cannot be returned.
- Any orders paid by money order or check will be refunded by check.
- Please supply us with the order #, the billing name and address and the ship to address if different from the billing information, along with a reason for the return. Once your information is received you will be contacted by one of our associates within 48 hours Monday - Friday.
